Nacogdoches, TX…December 7, 2006 – Jeb Jones has been named Chief Operating Officer at Nacogdoches Medical Center where he will primarily be responsible for the daily operations of the facility. Jones came to Nacogdoches Medical Center from Houston Northwest Medical Center where he was the Associate Administrator. He has been acting as Interim Chief Operating Officer for the past two months at Nacogdoches Medical Center.
Jones holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He will be responsible for the management of day to day operations of the hospital and assist in developing, implementing and monitoring operating plans, goals and objectives.
“Jeb’s experience in the healthcare industry made him an ideal candidate for this position,” commented Gary Stokes, chief executive officer at Nacogdoches Medical Center. “His overall performance in the last two months proves that he is a valuable asset for Nacogdoches Medical Center and we are please to have him join our team.”

Jones attended high school in Henderson, Texas and he and his wife have 2 small children and are expecting a third in March.
