Respect, integrity and values are the "heart and soul" of any organization. They provide stability in times of change, forbearance in the face of challenge and nourishment to strengthen performance. Service to others requires all of these components.

We seek to provide quality health care services to all who enter our doors: our patients, their families and friends. The service we provide calls for high-tech equipment and complicated procedures, yet we value the service itself.  We seek to serve with competence and compassion.

We believe that "all men are created equal" and every patient under our care has equal value. Economic circumstances, ethnic background and patient/family attitudes have no impact on the care we strive to provide. Every patient deserves the very best we have to offer. Every patient deserves our respect and concern for his/her well being. Every patient deserves the maintenance of his/her dignity, regardless of his/her situation.

We are a family. We do not operate independently of one another. Our intent is to be successful in the delivery of service, which involves the cooperation of all areas of our hospital. We are a community of health care providers whose combined effort is greater than the sum of our individual parts.

We seek to reflect Christian values and ethics in the delivery of our services to our community and to one another.  Although we are a business and must make provisions for that part of our service, we also understand that our particular kind of business is caring for others.
