The Diabetes Center Education Program at Nacogdoches Medical Center assist patients with taking control of their diabetic condition.  Click here for brochure.

A diabetic support group is offered the first Thursday of the month at noon in the third floor classroom in The Women's Center at Nacogdoches Medical Center.
