Dr. Ferraraccio is the best doctor I have, and has as wonderful a bedside manner as any doctor I have. The receptionists are awesome and the technician, Kaye, couldn't be more professional, caring and genuine. Dr, Ferraraccio is patient and responsive to his patients. He doesn't run people through like cattle with health insurance who can further line his pockets like 90% of other doctors. And he's filled the office with like-minded people, who I've known for nearly 20 years now. I'm very grateful for him and his staff. Last year he identified allergic reaction I was having to a medication another physician gave me in less than 5 minutes the other dr had been working on it for 5 days. That's my most recent good experience'

Like I mentioned in my previous comment, Dr. Ferraraccio doesn't treat patients like cattle with health insurance that can be run through the chute in mass. He treats people like the individual with a health condition that they are. Period. And he does so with care, dignity and kindness.. He a wonderful man who is also a doctor. God bless him.

I've been to the office probably 10 to 12 times in the last few years when I began having hemifacial spasms. I have never had to wait for any part of the experience from start to finish. I don't know the man's name who checks me in, but he always is ready to go as soon as I walk in, and the young woman who takes me to the examination room is always fun to talk to and asks if I need anything like refills, etc. Dr. Ferrarccio always walks in immediately after my blood pressure has been taken and I've finished any other standard initial things I need to do.

He's fantastic and I'm very thankful and blessed to have his help. The problems I have with my face were very troubling to me when they first started happening, and I believe what I have is rare. I was very concerned about finding someone who knew how to help me, because other doctors I talked to about it were unfamiliar with it. Dr. Ferrarccio knew what to do, and I'm so happy that he did.

ALL of Dr. Ferraraccio's staff are EXCELLENT. Period. Keith has been with him for years, Kaye is the sweetest, most caring nurse of any doctor that I have (and I have many, due to my brain disease and complications from brain surgery I had long ago) and I can't recall the other sweet Ladies name, but there is one more who works there, and she's a rock star as well. These folks treat us like the medical patients that we are, rather than an annoying customer at an under staffed, depressing service based shop of some kind, like 99% of other doctors do. They actually CARE ABOUT YOU. Who does that anymore? Very few people, much less doctors. But Dr. Ferraraccio really does care about people. An exceptionally rare trait in the medical field these days, for sure.

Dr. Blaise Ferraraccio is the best neuro in this region. He is kind, courteous, and concerned. Dr. F is also incredibly knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. In 2009, I moved her from Austin and consulted him re memory issues and mobility issues. I had just moved back after years in Austin. I saw many neurologists there who had no answers for me. He diagnosed me within just a few minutes and sent me for an MRI to confirm his diagnosis. He is amazing. I refer people to him regularly--always have and will as long as him is in his office. I hope he never retires.

Finding such an amazing and knowledgeable doctor was unexpected here in Nacogdoches. He diagnosed my stroke in minutes and did so very precisely. He has treated various migraine and neurological issues for me over the last years with precision and consideration.
