Rogelio Garcia-Cavazos, MD

Dr. Garcia was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, where he obtained his MD in 1995. He then completed an Internal Medicine Internship/Residency as well as a Rheumatology Fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2003. Following completion of his training, he practiced in Laredo, TX at a community health center for 10 years. In October 2013, Dr. Garcia moved to Nacogdoches and began practicing at Nacogdoches Rheumatology. He is accompanied by his wife Alejandra, and two children, Elena and Rogelio. He enjoys spending time with family, cycling and music.
