Get Ready With Childbirth Classes
To start your journey, NMC offers a series of informative childbirth classes for expectant parents throughout the year. The programs are held in the Women’s Center 3rd Floor Classroom and classes meet once a week for four weeks. There is no fee for the classes, and it is not necessary to pre-register.
In our birth preparation classes, you’ll be on your way to becoming an expert and learn what you need to know about Pregnancy, Labor/Delivery, Pain Management, Care of the Newborn. Safety/CPR and Breastfeeding.
